We do carry out full service for multiple type of machine, gear box, pumps, blowers etc. We conduct careful study and understand the problems from the customer and make our own plan and start our operation procedure. We use quality Tools and Engineering Methods to dismantle the Units. Upon Dismantle we examine the whole parts and identify the cause of the problem and we plan out the Remedial measure and complete the repair. Re assemble the unit and conduct the Running test.
In Principal any units we dismantle – we recommend to change Bearing, Seals, and Bushes to New ones.
We manufacture all damaged parts and get the hardness detail and make the hardness accordingly to match the Existing classification.
